• Key holding services (2 sets)
• Initial full inventory check followed by annual update.
• Perform weekly visual inspection of your property when unoccupied and after any adverse weather conditions.
• Check the inside and outside of property for signs of damp and mould etc. As well as the security of windows, doors and alarm (if
• applicable)
• Check for pests and vermin and recommend remedial action
• Allow the property to have a good airing
• Check all appliances and flush toilets and run all showers and taps to clear out any stagnant water.
• Check patio and terraces and water house and terrace plants.
• Collect all post and hold or redirect to chosen address.
• Inform owner of any repairs that are necessary and act on their instruction should any work need to be carried out.
• Set up of personal account for the payment of expenses related to the house.
